Van Hendricks for 30 years, Karasburgun attendant at the morgue, a town situated on the southern tip of Namibia, was charged with violation of a corpse for raping the body of a woman of 44 years, who had died in a terrible car accident;
The fact, took place Dec. 23, 2008, when Van Hendricks was seen by security guards to enter the morgue and close within a few moments later, came because of a loud noise, but finding the door locked from the inside, and having been unsuccessful attempts to enter the morgue, they called the police.
Having also been in vain attempts to open the door of the police, went to his house (in the meantime had fled through a window) to get chiavi.Fù then led to the death chamber, inside which they found the naked body of a woman on the floor and two used condoms in the vicinity;
Van Hendricks was arrested immediately and charged with "corpse rape" , police surmise 'that in a misguided attempt to extract the body of the deceased from the cell- fridge, let it fall to the ground with the container body;
He then sex with the corpse, but was then in grado di sollevarlo nuovamente e reinserirlo nella cella;
La Necrofilia è quasi sconosciuta in Namibia,e secondo un esperto del Centro di assistenza legale,la necrofilia,non è un reato,nè esiste una specifica legislazione a riguardo,piuttosto è considerata come un crimine comune,senza una pena minima;
